Role Overview

You are responsible for the operational, financial and personnel management of the service company at the site
You develop existing service structures to continuously improve profitability and customer satisfaction
You plan and monitor budgets, prepare business plans and provide regular reporting to executive management
You ensure compliance with the highest hygiene and quality standards (e.g., ISO or hospital-specific guidelines)
You act as the primary point of contact for hospital administration and the heads of medical departments.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Health Management, or an equivalent leadership qualification
Several years of professional and managerial experience in a comparable role, ideally in the healthcare sector, service industry, or retail/wholesale
Strong leadership skills, decisiveness, and a high degree of service orientation
Confident presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate interdisciplinary teams
