Role Overview

Analyze the current organizational structure and operational processes at Durbal
Compare the functional (activity-based) and object (product/customer-oriented) principles with respect to efficiency, transparency, and customer orientation
Identify organizational, personnel and technical requirements
Develop an implementation concept, including a roadmap and change-management approaches
Optional: Conduct interviews or workshops with employees

Requirements

Enrollment in a degree program in industrial engineering, business administration, organization/management, production engineering, or a comparable field
Interest in organizational development and corporate structures
Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
Strong communication skills and initiative
Solid written and spoken English skills
