Manage a team of 9 people (Product Managers, Project Managers, Marketing Assistants)
Ensure implementation and monitoring of marketing plans
Ensure the profitability of brands by monitoring back-end margins (rebates) and marketing budgets
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives
Maintain regular communication with brand partners to strengthen partnerships
Monitor inventory and carry out clearance/destock measures when necessary
Define sales pricing policy and product positioning relative to competitors
Implement marketing activities to drive sales growth via the website
Negotiate and approve partner contracts
Train and motivate the team
Lead initiatives related to artificial intelligence

Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5) in Business or Marketing
More than 10 years of experience in Marketing (at least 3–5 years in team management)
Significant experience in IT distribution is a plus
Professional level of English (minimum C1)
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
Creativity, proactivity, and the ability to adapt quickly
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize effectively and in an organized manner
