Manage incoming phone calls for the dealership group
Ensure all calls are directed to the appropriate department
Assist with general administrative tasks as required
Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
Provide basic information such as dealership operating hours and general enquiries
Direct customers to the appropriate team member
Perform basic data entry, deal processing, etc when required
Support dealership departments with general administrative tasks to help improve operational efficiency
Maintain records of calls or enquiries if requested
Ensure calls are answered promptly during working hours
