Run weekly reports/ad hoc (HQ Budget)
Troubleshooting
Create job descriptions and templates to support the application
Prepare job aides and define site management roles for Jetdocs
Work on enhancements with Andrew (Jetdocs External Team)
Changes / Reconfiguration to job templates
Creation of new requested job templates by various groups
KPI Adherence (close out tickets > 60 days open)
Administration of full JETDOCS Pro Application & all day-to-day requests and activities
Template Owners as needed (email/teams)
All change requests to workflows need to be approved/confirmed by template owners
Review and refine processes based on feedback from HRIS and end-users

Expert knowledge in JETDOCS Pro (Jetdocs Inc).
Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Expert Proficiency with JETDOCS PRO Application
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines
Familiarity with creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and documenting key process requirements
