Role Overview

Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, courts, etc.
Legal research
Prepare pleadings, correspondence and other legal documents
E-filing in both State and Federal Courts
Assist with trial preparation
Prepare Exhibit Binders and work with Witnesses
Daily Paralegal duties and do whatever is necessary

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of Paralegal experience in Civil Litigation
Proficient in legal research in either LexisNexis or Westlaw or other research tools
Experience working with the Southern California District Courts
Experience in legal drafting
Strong written and verbal communication skills and organized
Able to work fully remote, and be disciplined to do so effectively
