Independent planning, implementation and documentation of customer projects in medical informatics
Ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of our imito solutions for hospitals and healthcare facilities
Implementation, support and maintenance of interfaces to imito and other system providers
Installation and configuration of server environments and automation of deployments
Supporting our development team with technical questions and requirements
Professional customer support and resolution of support requests
Delivering product presentations and advising potential customers

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent technical qualification
Solid knowledge of server operating systems, IT infrastructure and databases
Independent, structured and proactive working style
Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently
Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills
Knowledge of eHealth standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, IHE) and of processes in healthcare facilities is an advantage
Fluent German and English; French is a plus
