Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for the product under your responsibility
Lead continuous discovery processes, identifying opportunities, risks, and real market problems
Build and prioritize the roadmap based on impact, ROI, and business metrics
Manage the backlog with a high level of clarity, ensuring deliveries are aligned with the strategy
Work closely with the technical team, ensuring quality, pace, and a focus on outcomes
Monitor and analyze product metrics (engagement, adoption, clinical/operational impact)
Conduct alignments with strategic stakeholders (customers, leadership, internal areas)
Support data-driven decisions, validating hypotheses through experimentation

Solid experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for digital products
Experience in fast-growth environments (startup/scale-up)
Strong analytical skills and a metrics-driven mindset
Experience with structured discovery and strategic prioritization
Proficiency in agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
Ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate complex decisions
Excellent communication and clarity in translating needs into structured requirements
Proactive, resilient, and impact-oriented profile
