Role Overview

Perform administrative routines and provide support to internal departments
Manage and update spreadsheets and reports in Excel
Organize physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to information
Assist with expense control, reimbursements, and expense reporting
Prepare reports and support day-to-day administrative requests
Handle procurement, requests, and access management (email accounts, software, systems, equipment, and related items)

Requirements

High school diploma (college studies in Business Administration or related fields preferred)
Intermediate Excel skills
Experience with administrative and/or financial routines
Plus: knowledge of Power BI and experience organizing and managing software, access rights, and licenses
