Role Overview

Oversee the day-to-day work of Commercial Asset Managers
Monitor the performance of your team as it pertains to key business metrics
Collaborate with customer representatives to ensure satisfaction
Assist in the development and improvement of programs and processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Renewable Energy), Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in asset management, operations, or project management within the solar, renewable energy, or power generation sectors
Proven experience managing customer relationships in a technical or engineering setting
Experience in lifecycle management of energy assets
3-5 years managing direct reports
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
NABCEP Solar PV Installation Professional Certification (preferred)
OSHA 10 (preferred)
