They are seeking a Staff Product Designer who will shape product design strategy across the agency, influence design quality and direction, and deliver systemic solutions for multiple clients. This role involves leading design initiatives, mentoring other designers, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Define and drive product design strategy for major client accounts and cross-client themes, influencing roadmaps, opportunity identification, and long-term vision
Lead the most ambiguous, high-stakes, or organization-spanning design initiatives—spanning multiple products, platforms, or brands
Shape broader design culture: evolve critique rituals, design principles, processes, and quality standards that benefit the whole team
Own end-to-end design on flagship or complex client projects while simultaneously guiding parallel efforts across teams
Translate high-level business goals, emerging tech, and user ecosystems into clear, ambitious design directions that multiple squads can rally around
Partner at the highest levels with clients, internal leadership, PMs, and engineering to align on vision, trade-offs, and measurable outcomes
Resolve systemic design debt, introduce modular thinking, and create leverage that lets the team ship faster and better long-term
Mentor and coach senior/mid-level designers through pairing, design reviews, career guidance, and unblocking complex challenges

Requirements:

8+ years in product design with 3+ years operating at a senior/staff-equivalent level
Extensive portfolio of high-impact, strategic work across complex SaaS, consumer, or enterprise products—ideally with agency/consultancy exposure
Master-level craft combined with exceptional strategic thinking—able to see the big picture, define north stars, and connect dots others miss
Thrive across 3–5 concurrent high-visibility initiatives while maintaining influence on the broader design org
Exceptional at storytelling, persuasion, and alignment—can rally cross-functional leaders, defend bold directions, and simplify complexity for any audience
You take personal responsibility for design quality and impact across projects you don't directly own—proactive, relentless, and outcome-obsessed
Actively leveraging and pushing AI tools to evolve workflows, ideation, and prototyping at an advanced level
Grounded, collaborative, and able to keep high-stakes environments human and enjoyable
Hungry for systemic impact, always leveling up the practice, and willing to invest extra effort to move the entire team forward
