Own the strategic design and evolution of our enterprise data architecture, including oversight of a global data warehouse ecosystem.
Translate company-wide strategic objectives into a comprehensive, multi-year enterprise data strategy and prioritized roadmap across Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science.
Act as a trusted advisor to Executive Leadership, partnering across Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and Technology to ensure data initiatives accelerate revenue growth, improve ROAS, strengthen margin performance, and enhance enterprise decision-making.
Lead within a complex, global enterprise environment—aligning distributed teams across geographies, functions, and business units.

10+ years of experience as an analyst in a technology company (E-commerce background is preferable)
5+ years of managerial experience within a technology company
Fluency in advanced statistical and analytical methodologies such as regression modeling, experimentation design (A/B and multivariate testing), forecasting, causal inference, and predictive modeling—with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear business strategy and measurable impact
Highly analytical with solid business skills (Translating insights into growth and profit)
Experience in leading a cross-functional environment to ensure that the analytics team's output is aligned with the company’s objectives
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
