Intention.ly is a marketing and growth agency built for the financial services industry, seeking a talented UX/UI contractor to enhance digital experiences. The role involves designing user-centered websites and landing pages, collaborating with various teams to create modern and trustworthy digital experiences for financial audiences.

Responsibilities:

Design user-centered website and landing page experiences for financial services brands
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
Collaborate with strategists, marketers, and developers to translate business goals into effective UX
Develop design systems and reusable components when appropriate
Produce polished visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Iterate designs based on internal and client feedback
Ensure designs balance usability, accessibility, and brand consistency

Requirements:

3+ years of UX/UI design experience (agency experience preferred)
Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Strong portfolio demonstrating web and digital product design
Ability to design experiences that communicate trust and clarity—especially important in financial services
Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and modern web patterns
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team
Experience designing for fintech, banking, wealth management, or financial services
Familiarity with conversion-focused landing page design
Experience working alongside developers and understanding of web implementation constraints
Motion or micro-interaction design experience
