We are looking to hire a highly capable, self-motivated, and organized Office Manager for a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Own and manage all day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-functioning, organized, and welcoming work environment.
Manage vendor relationships, service providers, and office infrastructure (supplies, equipment, maintenance, facilities).
Lead all administrative aspects related to business travel, including policies and coordination with the travel agent.
Partner with the Finance team on various processes, such as procurement procedures, employee expense reports and payroll-related tasks.
Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding logistics.
Drive and support cross-functional operational projects as needed.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Fluent English (written and spoken) - mandatory.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; ability to quickly adopt and work with new systems (e.g., Mesh, HiBob, financial and operation tools).
Proven ability to independently manage multiple parallel priorities with high accuracy and ownership.
Hands-on experience with purchasing workflows and supplier coordination.
Strong execution skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
High availability and responsiveness during business hours.
Bachelor’s degree (advantage).

**Please note the position requires at least 4 days per week in the office.
