Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate and schedule deliveries with customers and carriers
• Collaborate with Loading teammates to ensure all products are safely shipped to the correct customer, on time
• Collect, audit, update and maintain carrier qualification information
• Participate in choosing and negotiating rates with carriers
• Work with Project Management, Production and Loading teams to maintain an up-to-date, accurate and balanced shipping schedule
• Work with Commercial team, ensuring they are quoting projects with the most efficient rates available and the correct number of loads
• Ensure that all shipping documents are current and comply with all Government and Company requirements
• Complete Customs Documentation for cross-border shipments
