The Role

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day Accounts Payable operations
Verify vendor invoices for accuracy, approvals, and completeness
Record and post vendor invoices in Tally ERP with proper accounting

Classification

Support payment processing activities as per internal guidelines
Assist in vendor reconciliations and resolving basic discrepancies
Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable
Prepare basic AP ageing and internal reports
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice follow-ups
Maintain proper documentation for audit and internal control purposes

Eligibility Criteria

MBA (Finance) – pursuing or recently completed
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Familiarity with Tally ERP preferred
Basic working knowledge of MS Excel preferred
Willingness to learn, detail-oriented, and reliable
