Aventia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide proactive consulting and project management for complex projects and client relationships. The role includes managing project tasks, ensuring compliance, and leading teams while providing technical expertise in ecological services.

Responsibilities:

Manage projects and projects tasks, including deliverables, deadlines, schedules, budgets, clients, and project team
Lead project permitting and governmental regulatory compliance
Provide guidance and oversight for rangeland, wetland, and vegetation technical services
Lead and oversight natural resource studies, data analysis, and technical report preparation to meet regulatory and client requirements
Provide field oversight of field teams and complete site assessments where needed
Work with other project managers to provide natural resources permitting and technical assistance on their projects
Develop business relationships and proposals to bring in new projects and clients and maintain the long-term relationships KC Harvey as with their current clients
Author documents and provide guidance on deliverable development
Supervise and lead mentoring efforts for mid-level and junior staff

Requirements:

Proactive consulting with roles and responsibilities providing project management for both multi-disciplinary and complex projects and smaller single or minimal resource project
Staff training and mentoring
Developing client and business relationships
Technical expertise in government regulatory compliance and ecological services (rangelands, wetlands, vegetation, etc.)
