About the role:

The Rehabilitation and Retraining Advisor is responsible for managing rehabilitation and retraining programs to support injured employees with internal and/or external redeployment. The role involves comprehensive case management, strategic advice, and coordination with stakeholders to facilitate smooth rehabilitation and compliance with relevant legislation and NSW Government guidelines including the NSW Workers Compensation legislation and Crown Employees (Fire and Rescue NSW Firefighting Staff Death and Disability) Award (D&DA).

About you:

You will have experience with managing employees requiring vocational redeployment
Experience in providing case management for injured workers with complex issues

Essential Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent experience
