Overview:
DaVita Labs is seeking a Finance Manager with a strong accounting background to lead financial reporting and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead accounting and financial reporting team
Manage month-end close and journal entries
Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial policies
Perform financial analysis, pricing, and profitability analysis
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
Support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of management experience
Strong GAAP and accounting knowledge
Experience with financial systems, SQL, and reporting tools (Tableau/Cognos/Crystal Reports)
Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
