Support recruitment for member pharmacies, with primary focus on pharmacists and pharmacy managers
Support additional hiring needs including technicians, assistants, temporary and relief professionals, and future ownership or succession-related opportunities where appropriate
Develop practical recruitment strategies for active searches
Draft, post, and manage job ads across major recruitment platforms
Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, professional networks, databases, university outreach, career fairs, and other channels
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill and high-priority roles
Conduct initial candidate screening and present qualified shortlists
Coordinate interviews, scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-up
Provide guidance on compensation expectations, market competitiveness, and offer positioning
Assist with offer development and negotiations
Maintain the PharmaChoice Canada Career Pathfinder platform and related candidate records
Support job description updates, recruitment materials, outreach activity, and recruitment reporting

Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or workforce planning
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
Experience recruiting for professional roles; healthcare, pharmacy, or other hard-to-fill recruitment experience is strongly preferred
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
Ability to provide practical guidance on compensation expectations and offer competitiveness
Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
Ability to manage a defined volume of active openings within normal full-time workload expectations
Ability to work effectively with independent business owners, candidates, and internal stakeholders
Experience with university outreach, career fairs, and recruitment events is an asset
Familiarity with community pharmacy operations or healthcare workforce challenges is a strong asset
