NOETIK is a frontier therapeutics company harnessing AI to deeply understand human biology and redefine clinical outcomes in oncology. The role involves building and driving Noetik’s oncology pipeline strategy, with responsibilities including asset scouting, valuation, and portfolio governance.

Responsibilities:

Source and advance in-licensing and co-development opportunities (Ph1b–Ph3)
Build asset-level valuation models that translate platform outputs into defensible economics
Develop prioritization framework for pipeline opportunities to align internal decisions, partner engagement and negotiations, and investor conversations
Establish stage-gate framework for pipeline investment decisions and criteria for advancing, partnering, or exiting assets
Develop capital allocation logic across wholly owned, co-developed, and partnered programs
Inform build vs. outsource vs. partner decisions for clinical development, CMC, and regulatory
Support risk-balanced portfolio construction across indications, stages, and deal structures
