Role Overview:

About the role:

Assist with the processing of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
Match purchase orders and invoices to ensure correct payment amounts.
Support in resolving invoice discrepancies and supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in preparing weekly payment runs.
Help maintain accurate accounts payable files, records and basic reporting aspects.
Learn and follow all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Provide administrative support to the wider finance team as required.
End-to-end accounts payable process.
Use of accounting and ERP software (e.g., SAP & Ariba).
Basic bookkeeping and financial controls.
Communication and negotiation with stake holders.
Financial compliance and internal controls.
Collaboration with other departments such as procurement, supplier on boarding and finance operations.

About you:

Graduate or above degree in accounts.
Interest in finance, accounting, or business administration.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
