eLocal is a fast-growing digital advertising platform for local and regional commerce, backed by Brookfield Asset Management. They are seeking a Product Manager to own products built for customers, including web portals, mobile applications, and APIs, focusing on advertiser and affiliate onboarding, performance, and retention.

Responsibilities:

Own the product strategy and roadmap for advertiser/affiliate-facing products
Lead development of portals, mobile apps, APIs, and integrations
Partner with Sales, Account Management, Business Intelligence, and Engineering to support enterprise advertiser needs
Gather requirements from customers ranging from SMBs to large strategic partners
Define product requirements, workflows, and technical constraints in collaboration with Engineering
Drive integrations with advertiser systems (reporting, attribution, lead delivery, billing, etc.)
Define and track success metrics related to adoption, performance, and retention
Continuously improve customer experience through feedback and data-driven iteration

Requirements:

3+ years of Product Manager experience building external, customer-facing products
Experience delivering portals, APIs, or platform-style products
Strong understanding of B2B customer needs and enterprise integrations
Ability to translate complex partner requirements into scalable product solutions
Experience working closely with Engineering in an agile environment and agile tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in fast-paced, web-based product environments with frequent iteration and high levels of automation
Salesforce or other CRM knowledge & experience
Background in ad tech, lead generation, or performance marketing
Experience with API design, documentation, and partner onboarding
Familiarity with mobile product development (iOS/Android or cross-platform)
