We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the design and development of advanced statistical and machine learning systems.
You will work across high impact domains including retention, personalisation, attribution, forecasting, classification and experimentation.
You build solutions that start lean and exploratory, then evolve into robust, trustworthy, scalable data pipelines once value is proven.
You will join a strong Data Intelligence team while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial and other functions.
You focus on the highest priorities, assess feasibility pragmatically, and guide stakeholders toward solutions that deliver measurable impact.
You will also mentor Data Scientists and Data Analysts in the practical application of statistical techniques.

Proficient with data querying languages (SQL), scripting languages (Python)
5+ years of data science experience
2+ years of a/b testing and data visualisation experience
Experience of successful deployment of AI solutions into Production environments with appropriate governance controls
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Required experience with statistical models (regression) and ML models (retrieval, ranking, reinforcement)
Required experience designing evaluation approaches for AI solutions, ML and LLMs (Agents desirable)
Desired understanding of personalisation algorithms
Desired experience in large scale distribution systems (Spark, Elasticsearch) and managing DS pipelines
Desired Master or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
