Senior background as Head / VP of Data Engineering, Principal Data Engineer or equivalent
Strong track record in designing, building and scaling production-grade data platforms
Solid hands-on experience in data development (ELT/ETL, modelling, orchestration)
Ability to structure and lead pre-sales technical workshops and complex assessments
Proven ability to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders on data strategy, architecture and execution trade-offs
Strong credibility with engineers, Product Owners and senior delivery leads
Comfortable operating across multiple concurrent projects in a PE-backed context
