7+ years of experience in Product Analytics within digital product environments
2+ years of people leadership experience, including performance management and team development
Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics workflows and automation tools
Proven ownership of KPI systems used at leadership level
Demonstrated expertise in designing and evaluating statistically rigorous experiments
Deep understanding of statistical significance, bias, segmentation strategy, and experimentation pitfalls
Advanced SQL skills and confidence working directly with large, event-based datasets
Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or similar platforms
Experience with experimentation or feature flag platforms such as Optimizely or comparable tools
Strong stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments
A mindset that balances analytical depth with business pragmatism
Experience working with Power BI
