Working with the leadership team, you will drive the defining and documenting of Huble processes
You are accountable for the output and development of your team

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in business operations.
Demonstrated experience managing and developing team members, with the ability to coach, delegate, and hold people accountable.
Strong project management skills. You know how to structure complex initiatives, manage dependencies, and drive delivery across competing priorities.
Proven experience owning data and reporting infrastructure end-to-end, including building dashboards, models, and reporting.
Proficiency with data tools. Experience with BigQuery or similar data warehousing platforms is highly advantageous.
Hands-on experience with PM/PSA systems.
Familiarity with HubSpot is beneficial.
Experience designing, documenting, and managing business processes, ideally within an ISO 9001 or similar quality management framework.
Comfortable working with budgets, financial tracking, and translating numbers into operational insight.
Experience with automation tools and a track record of replacing or augmenting manual processes with scalable solutions.
