Role Overview

Telephone outreach to companies (B2B)
Identifying needs and conducting qualified conversations

Requirements

Strong communication skills and a clear, friendly phone manner
Enjoyment of sales, persuasiveness and target orientation
Enthusiasm for cold calling and proactively approaching new customers
Structured and independent work style
Experience in call centers, sales or customer service is an advantage
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
