Role Overview

Support the operations team and clients in scheduling meetings with doctors and therapists
Carry out discovery calls with leads to guide them
Act as the point of contact via email and phone for various client queries
Manage transactions related to lab orders, prescriptions, and supplements
Support billing and general administrative tasks

Requirements

Experience in administration/operations or finance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with new software
Reliable and discreet with sensitive data
Fluent in English and German; any other language is a plus
Experience in medical admin is a plus
