Several years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer, preferably with Elixir or another programming language.
You have an eye for code quality and balance pragmatism with craftsmanship.
Enjoy working in small, empowered teams where you can shape not only the product but also its development.
Product-minded: when something is unclear, you investigate it instead of waiting for perfect specifications.
Basic knowledge of GDPR and secure software design, and an understanding of their importance.
Curious, reflective, and enjoy learning — including from failed experiments.
Professional English is required; German is a plus.
