Role Overview

qualify and schedule meetings with franchise store managers through cold calling
Perform cold calls (>50 calls/day) to franchise store managers
Follow-ups, personalized emails and reminders
Lead qualification: store size, transaction volume, level of decision-making autonomy
Maintain the CRM meticulously with detailed post-call notes

Requirements

Experience in B2B cold calling (ideally retail/franchise)
Comfortable with rejection and persistent
Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly
Autonomous and organized in managing your pipeline
Understands merchants' challenges: cash flow, customer experience, profitability
