Editing and preparing short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & other platforms
Independently creating social content (Reels, clips, teasers, recaps)
Fast, dynamic cuts with a focus on hooks, pacing and storytelling
Adapting videos to current trends, platform formats and algorithms
Close collaboration with our marketing and content team
Selecting, structuring and preparing footage (events, artists, behind-the-scenes)
Occasional creation of simple animations or text overlays (nice-to-have)
Optional: Supporting on-site content production at festivals and events

Proven experience in video editing with a strong social-media focus
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus but not required)
Strong sense for trends, brand aesthetics and current social-media formats
Understanding of what performs well: short videos, quick cuts, strong hooks
Reliable, independent and organized working style
Creativity, proactivity and a hands-on mentality
Passion for music, festivals, pop culture and digital trends
