Role Overview

Support in the operational day-to-day activities of the back office
Scanning, digitizing and archiving documents and receipts
Preparatory bookkeeping (checking, sorting and coding of documents)
Maintenance and management of documents and master data
Support with invoicing and invoice verification
General administrative tasks

Requirements

Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
Structured, meticulous and independent working style
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
High reliability and discretion when handling sensitive data
Some prior experience in a commercial/administrative environment is an advantage but not required
