Role Overview

Lead a team of network specialists based in Gothenburg and Wroclaw
Support the team’s delivery, remove obstacles, and ensure steady progress
Drive the development of services across LAN, Wireless Networking, SD-WAN, Cloud Networking, Remote Access, Firewalls, and Network Security
Follow up on KPIs and SLAs, drive improvements through Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Contribute to budgeting, service planning, and cost optimization together with IT leadership

Requirements

Several years of experience working with enterprise networking
Knowledge in LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, or network security
Background in leading or taking responsibility in a team or delivery context
Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Fluency in Swedish and English
