Role Overview

Support the development and submission of proposals and tender packages
Coordinate inputs, consolidating content from multiple contributors
Ensure final documents meet required formats and deadlines
Format content in Microsoft Word, coordinate edits, and maintain master files
Assemble supporting documents and ensure final package is complete, polished, and submitted on time

Requirements

Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred)
Experience consolidating sections and/or documents developed by others into a required tender/proposal format (preferred)
Experience maintaining master document sets and version control (preferred)
Interest in a related field (environment, engineering, or construction) (preferred)
