Role Overview

Close collaboration with founders and hiring managers

Requirements

Experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in a tech environment
Experience in active sourcing and in candidate outreach and assessment
Ability to advise stakeholders on market trends and role profiles
Experience optimizing recruiting processes and tools
Collaborative, team-oriented working style
Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
Located in Berlin and open to hybrid work
