Role Overview

Travel within Texas to support and mentor field team members
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Total Loss Representatives
Oversee total loss claim handling, quality, and statutory compliance
Review claim files, adjuster work, and performance; provide feedback and evaluations
Manage workloads and resources in coordination with claims leadership
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support catastrophic event response
Stay current on auto repair trends, total loss regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 10+ years of claims experience
Texas All Lines Adjuster License required
Proficiency with claims systems and auto estimating software
Strong knowledge of auto physical damage and total loss programs
Prior experience managing a Total Loss program and remote teams
Must be bondable
Valid Texas driver’s license and able to travel.
