Develop and evolve the company’s revenue intelligence framework
Build analyses and dashboards that inform business decisions
Monitor pipeline performance and sales forecasts
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams
Identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvement levers
Continuously improve data and reporting systems to increase reliability and efficiency

3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Analytics
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models, sales funnels, and go-to-market strategies
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams
Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and pipeline analytics
Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving and storytelling skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for executive and operational audiences
Full proficiency in English and French (spoken, written, and read) is preferred.
