Steward, shape, and evolve the visual identity of a science and engineering firm
Lead the design and production of high-impact visual communications across marketing, business development, and brand initiatives
Bring strategic thinking and hands-on execution to elevate consistency, clarity, and craft
Serve as a lead creative resource, guiding visual direction
Partner with marketing leadership to support and maintain brand guidelines and templates
Design and produce a wide range of print and digital deliverables
Develop custom illustrations, diagrams, and graphics
Lead projects from concept through final production

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
10+ years of professional graphic design experience of both print and digital marketing materials, including knowledge of production specifications for each medium
Significant prior experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Experience preparing press-ready files and coordinating print production (proofing, revisions, supplier communication)
Proven experience working within and supporting the evolution of an established brand system
