Role Overview

Support 7-day operations across Risk Operations and Business Support
Screen reviews and perform website verifications
Uphold Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) standards
Provide vital weekend phone support
Manage tasks related to cards and online reputation

Requirements

Active enrollment in a University or HBO program (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
Fluency in both English and Dutch (knowing other European languages is a bonus)
Availability and readiness to work weekend shifts
Clear, confident communication skills driven by a customer-first mindset
A detail-oriented, highly organized approach with the ability to own your work independently
You are available for 10 hours per week (8 hours during the weekend and 2 hours during the week)
