Role Overview

Drive sales efforts by working closely with contractors to quote and sell products.
Provide all program, project, and contractor support with sufficient volume and velocity.
Manage all aspects of project submittals for customers, ensuring smooth processing.
Maintain a record of all communications and follow-ups in the CRM.
Proactively manage bidder lists and provide technical information to contractors.
Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to understand technical product specifications and construction documents.
Bias to phone calls with follow-up with email.
