Role Overview

You are the first person in Marketing at Elara.
You report directly to the CEO and work closely with Sales, Development and Operations.
You develop a content strategy that meets maintenance managers, operations managers and managing directors where they currently look for solutions.
You write blog articles, case studies and landing pages.
You manage LinkedIn organically and with paid campaigns.
You evaluate events and trade shows based on effort and impact and decide where participation is worthwhile.
You monitor competitors and trends in asset management.

Requirements

Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech.
Proven results in content marketing and demand generation.
Experience with SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and email marketing.
Confident use of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics.
Routine use of LLMs and AI tools in daily work.
Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, persuasive content.
Independent, structured working style.
Confident communication in German and English.
