Build and maintain financial models for affordable housing/land development projects
Assist with underwriting new fund investments and conducting financial/technical diligence
Track operating and financial KPIs and prepare variance analyses
Draft investment memoranda, executive presentations, and reports for investors
Analyze market trends and develop sector theses
Improve templates, workflows, and controls
Deepen sector knowledge and industry relationships

1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate, venture capital/private equity, investment banking, corporate/project finance, or impact investing
Exceptional financial modeling and/or investment experience in affordable housing or land development in Mexico
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, scenarios, sensitivity analysis)
Solid understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies
Ability to create executive-ready presentations and memos
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business/Accounting, International Development, or related field
