Role Overview

Design and lead a mixed-methods documentation process that includes quantitative and qualitative analysis
Review and synthesize 10 years of data on the FIT's provision of financial support
Capture stories of change and organizing strategies
Support the FIT in crafting a compelling narrative about the impact of trans-led funding

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in evaluation using mixed methods, learning, or impact documentation in contexts of social justice or social movements
Strong qualitative research and facilitation skills
Excellent writing and synthesis skills in English, especially for narrative
and story-based texts; knowledge of the FIT's other working languages (Spanish, French, Russian, Chinese) is an asset
Experience translating complex findings into accessible and engaging products for diverse audiences
Alignment with the FIT's values, mission, and transfeminist political commitments
