Develop structured learning paths that strengthen leadership readiness, technical capability, and professional growth
Apply blended learning methods, digital platforms, and external certifications to create high-impact programs
Facilitate engaging and professional sessions, including leadership, technical, and professional development workshops
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through data analysis and participant feedback
Prepare reports and dashboards that communicate program impact to stakeholders and senior leadership
Maintain accuracy and quality of training records and dashboards across all regions within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Partner with People Operations and business teams to align learning programs with organizational objectives

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or a closely related discipline
Proven expertise in designing and delivering impactful learning programs for diverse employee groups
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning approaches
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for program administration and reporting
Analytical ability to evaluate program effectiveness and clearly communicate outcomes
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures and regions
Skilled at working independently, prioritizing effectively, and delivering consistent, high-quality results
Recognized for professional credibility and trusted as a key resource on learning initiatives.
