Ensure continuous market, customer and project insight through structured analysis and active external engagement
Prepare, initiate and develop early customer interactions, ensuring clear positioning, trust and continuity
Act as customer responsible for one or several prioritised segments in close collaboration with relevant functions and business area management
Build, develop and maintain strong internal networks within NCC and relevant external industry networks
Interact with business area management through continuous updates on business development status

Several years of hands-on experience from roles within business development, sales, strategy or project development in construction-related sectors
Strong interest in creating new business opportunities and driving them forward
Good understanding of market dynamics, customer needs and early-stage project development
Comfortable working with structured analysis and decision support
Driven, curious and forward-leaning professional with strong business acumen
Ability to engage stakeholders at different levels
Enjoy taking initiative, building relationships and turning insights into concrete opportunities
Fluent in both Swedish and English, with English as the primary business language
Academic degree equivalent to an MSc, or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
