Analyze operational data to evaluate distribution and logistics effectiveness—monitoring KPIs such as on‑time delivery, order accuracy, and inventory turnover
Deliver clear, actionable reporting on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis to help QSCC anticipate risks and support supply assurance
Proactively monitor inventory, case counts, and network performance to surface trends and insights that inform decision‑making
Validate and improve data quality across the supply chain by understanding data sources, resolving discrepancies, and promoting consistency
Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to workflows and technology
Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to evolve reporting tools and reduce manual reporting through automation and dashboards
Support other key initiatives and projects as needed

3+ years of experience in Analytics, Distribution, Logistics, Procurement or other relevant Supply Chain function
Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, supply chain management, logistics or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Understanding of the foodservice industry preferred
Fundamental understanding of distribution & logistics
Strong analytical skills required
Experience with Excel required, including ability to generate visualizations of data as needed
Experience with PowerBI strongly preferred
