Role Overview

Manage customer invoicing: issuance, electronic invoicing (dematerialization), accounting verification and follow-up on unpaid invoices.
Monitor sensitive accounts: handle disputes and collections, prepare documentation for monthly and annual closings.
Accounts payable backup: verify supplier invoices (DOCUWARE, SAGE X3), prepare payments and manage expense reports.
Treasury management: record customer payments, process check deposits, perform bank reconciliations and account matching.
Financial forecasting: monitor and update cash flow forecasts.

Requirements

You hold a Bac+2 diploma (BTS, DUT) in accounting.
You have a strong command of Excel and accounting software.
You have prior significant experience in accounting.
You are organized, autonomous, service-oriented, and able to manage client relationships effectively.
A good level of English would be a plus.
