Role Overview

As Social Media Manager TikTok, you are responsible for the strategic development, content planning, and day-to-day management of our TikTok channel.
You combine creative content production with data-driven channel growth.
You spot trends, develop native TikTok formats, manage content production, and collaborate with creators to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
You bridge the gap between creative content execution and strategic channel growth — ensuring TikTok becomes a scalable channel for customer acquisition and brand awareness.
You develop and execute the TikTok strategy to grow reach, engagement, and the follower base.
You create and produce high-performing TikTok content that aligns with platform trends and the brand message.
You identify relevant TikTok trends, sounds, and formats and translate them into brand-compliant content.
You track content performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize formats and posting strategy.
You work closely with creators, the social & influencer team, and internal stakeholders to scale successful content formats.

Requirements

German and English skills at level C1 or above
2–4 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or TikTok channel growth — ideally with proven success in building or scaling TikTok accounts
A degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is desirable but not required — relevant practical experience is equally valuable
Deep understanding of the TikTok platform: algorithm dynamics, trends, and platform-native storytelling
Proven ability to produce high-performing short-form video content — from ideation and scripting to filming and editing in native TikTok style
Experience analyzing content performance and optimizing based on data, as well as experience with creator collaborations and influencer formats
