Requirements

Several years of experience in HR operations or HR administration
Solid knowledge of labor law as well as HR and payroll processes
Proficient with HR systems and digital tools such as Personio
Experience structuring and harmonizing HR processes
Project management skills and ideally experience in change management
Fluent German language skills
